Huang Ziyang is an art and design teacher. She studied design at Jianghan University from 2013 to 2017 and graduated from Nanjing Normal University (Key 211 Project University of China) with a master’s degree in Art design in 2020. She majored in visual design under the guidance of Professor Ni Jianlin. He has been a full-time teacher since 2020. This major is the same and is related to visual design. Her research on graphic symbols, cultural and creative design, and brand and visual direction is her long-term research.

From undergraduate to master, she studied design for seven years, and her main research direction is visual design. Currently, as a full-time teacher, she continues to lecture on design and related research activities. In terms of performance, during the study of the master’s degree, she obtained excellent results, ranking in the top 10% of the 260 students in the college, with a GPA of 3.5. I won the national scholarship once and the first-class scholarship twice during school. 

In 2019, she was selected by the school to participate in the exchange program of the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, Italy, and as an exchange student, she studied and lived at the Accademia di Belle Artidi Firenze Academy of Fine Arts and Polimoda Design Academy.

Through long-term study and practice, she has reached a certain professional level in design, such as writing papers and making work. Among them, extracting visual elements from various cultural contents and design is her main research direction and working method. Her work “Dacheng Cultural and Creative Design” (“ Kuixing Cultural and Creative Design “) has been applied to the cultural and creative base of Nanjing Imperial Examination Museum, and other poster design works have won the excellence award of China College Student Advertising Design Competition for many times. In addition, in terms of the use of design software, she is proficient in Photoshop, illustrator, Indesign, and other professional design software as well as the popular cinema 4D software, which she believes will be helpful in future research and creation.Â
