Lou Wenbing graduated from the Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University. He is an associate professor at the School of Communication, East China Normal University. He successively served as a unique design consultant of “advertising in China,” director of Capital Corporation Image Institution (CCII), and member of Shanghai Graphic Designers Professional Committee. He participated in the planning of the 4th International Design Masters Forum, planed the 82nd and 83rd Shanghai Exhibition of the award-winning works of Art Directors Club, and took charge of the visual identity system for UN refugee camps (China).

Lou founded Shanghai Wenbing Design Studio in 1997 and founded Shanghai Yuanli Culture Communication Co., Ltd. in 2015. The company has successfully created many famous Chinese brands, such as East China Normal University, Deli Stationery, Tonlion, and Apon Medical, and provided design services for internationally renowned brands, such as Alcatel, Clinique, Philips, Capitaland, and Vimar.

Lou has been focusing on the packaging of brand products and brand image design for over 20 years. In 2000, he introduced “Deli red” to Deli stationery, which helped Deli’s consecutive increase in sales for years, and successfully promoted Deli to become a brand. In 2008, he cooperated with Apon Medical to design its new brand “Nasal Cleaner” visual identity system, created the miracle of selling hundreds of millions of bottles of packaging products, and helped Apon Medical to be listed successfully.
