Now, companies are changing by external environments such as Coronavirus disease. As companies change, the agencies they work with must also fit together. Meanwhile, the contact point between companies and consumers is changing. In this UDA Webinar, UDA invited Martin to share his experience with the changes by clients, agencies, and consumers.
