UDA Annual Int’l Design Competition 2024



The Idea Design Competition invites designers to tackle critical challenges with innovative solutions emphasizing effectiveness, efficiency, equity, and harmony. By using design thinking, participants can address vital issues such as sustainability through circular design, accessibility for diverse populations, and integration of intelligent technologies to improve urban livability. Possible solutions could include adaptable modular systems, universally accessible tools, or cultural preservation initiatives that leverage technology to connect traditional and modern practices. Whether dealing with climate resilience, ethical technology integration, or education reform, the competition provides an opportunity to transform complex problems into impactful solutions that prioritize purpose, function, and formal dexterity, ultimately making meaningful contributions to society.
