As an incoming graduate student in Visual Communication Design at Soochow University, I focus on cross-disciplinary poster and branding creation—using posters as carriers to convey core brand messages, while leveraging branding logic to make poster visuals more systematic. I specialize in shaping differentiated brand perceptions through poster creative languages and expanding the communication dimensions of brand posters by integrating animation and interactive forms. My related works have won awards in animation, interaction, and poster competitions.

In creative practice, I center my approach on brand core + poster impact: First, I anchor the brand’s key tone, then reinforce this trait with poster visual elements (graphic symbols, color rhythm). For example, in a series of posters designed for an emerging brand, I used contrasting colors and geometric combinations to convey the brand’s vitality. At the same time, a unified symbol system helped the poster series form a distinct brand visual memory.

As a dual creator of branding and posters, I consistently explore the innovative integration of the two fields: I study the systematic expression of brand visuals (how posters align with the brand’s complete material system) and experiment with creative breakthroughs in posters (how experimental layouts/dynamic effects enhance the communicability of brand posters). I believe posters are the visual entry point for brands to reach users—a strong brand poster not only delivers information but also lets users intuitively perceive the brand’s personality.

When advancing projects, I balance branding logic and poster creativity: I first clarify the brand’s core demands (e.g., new product launch/brand upgrade), then match them to poster formats. Offline posters prioritize visual impact to attract passersby, while digital posters add dynamic details to enhance brand immersion. I look forward to exchanging “branding × poster” creation experiences with fellow members in UDA and expanding our diverse visual expressions.

My strength lies in connecting the creative link between branding and posters: I understand the systematic development of brand visuals and can ensure posters accurately convey brand value through creative expression. As a new UDA member, I hope to share practical brand poster examples here and look forward to sparking more innovative ideas for “branding + posters” through exchanges.
